Daily Feeding Talks

Throughout each day there are informal keeper-led feeding talks on some of the many creatures in the walk-around area. Watch as some of the animals are fed and hear some fascinating facts about them. Check the boards around the Park for times. They are currently as follows:

  • 11.30am Snow monkeys

    JapaneseMacaquesEating.jpgThis talk takes place at the viewing windows outside our Antler's Cafe. Watch them being fed while learning more about them from their keeper.

 

  • 1.15pm Polar Bear -

    Head up to the two viewing platforms to watch Walker and Arktos being fed and listen as their keeper explains more about these amazing bears.

 

  • 1.45pm Wildcats and pine marten -

    Meet the keepers at the forest area of the park, and you can watch the Scottish wildcats and pine martens being fed while learning about the important conservation efforts to save these native species.

 

  • 2.00pm Camels -

    Watch our herd of camels being fed in the first drive through reserve from the bottom of the view point and learn more about them from their keepers.

 

  • 2.30pm Tigers -

    Tiger_Talk.jpg Make your way to the top viewing gallery at the tiger enclosure  or position yourself at one of the lower viewing windows to marvel at our Amur tigers being fed while learning all about them from their dedicated keepers.
  • 3.30pm Red Pandas -

    Find out more about this beautiful and elusive animal.
